How to send newsletters to my guests?

CentralPlanner also supports you when it comes to marketing. You can send a newsletter to all your guests, whose e-mail addresses are saved in the reservation software. So your customers will be informed about special promotions, seasonal offers, coupons, etc., and might come once more to visit you. We cooperate with the newsletter provider Newsletter2Go, that's why one requirement for sending newsletters with CentralPlanner is a Newsletter2Go account. Here you can send 1,000 e-mails for free or buy packages of various sizes for even more e-mails per month.

How it does it work?

1. Log in with your Newsletter2Go account and go to the settings at top right. Click on the tab Plug-ins and Set up new connection.

You can find the CentralPlanner plug-in under the category CRM connectors.

After clicking on the CentralPlanner-icon, you will be asked to insert an apikey which you can find in your CentralPlanner software.


2. Log in to CentralPlanner, go to your account settings and choose external applications.

Click Add a new API key. The API key is the long combination of numbers and letters. Copy it and paste it on the Newsletter2Go page to complete the CentralPlanner integration.

Now your CentralPlanner contacts are saved in Newsletter2Go and you can select this group as recipients.
